How do I get help with a security questionnaire?

Send your security questionnaire, or the draft of your own security documentation, to us in your support channel or at [email protected]. We fill in or review the Bindbee sections and tell you what needs to change.
Start with the Trust Center
Most vendor-review questions are answered by documents in the Bindbee Trust Center, including our SOC 2 Type 2 report and our AWS infrastructure overview. Request access to the documents you need before you start the questionnaire.
What we can help with
Completing questionnaires: we answer questions about data residency, encryption, availability and failover, and access controls.
Reviewing your documentation: if you publish security documentation for your own customers that describes how data passes through Bindbee, send us the draft. We confirm it's accurate or suggest corrections, for example on how reconnecting or deleting a connector behaves.
One document per integration: if you keep a separate document for each integration you offer (for example Workday, ADP or SAP SuccessFactors), send each one when it's ready.
Send your document before you turn on the integration for your customers, so any corrections are in place before your customers read it.
