How does Bindbee work?
Updated 3 days ago
Welcome to Bindbee, a comprehensive no-code solution for customer-facing integration. This guide provides a detailed walkthrough of the product, demonstrating how to build new connectors, monitor active connectors, and retrieving data through the API.
Dashboard overview
The dashboard gives you a quick view of your integration health and activity.
From here, you can:
See connectors that need attention
Review active connectors
Open connector details and logs
Access resources, documentation, and new integrations
Use the left navigation to move between Dashboard, Connectors, Logs, and configuration settings.
Create a connector
Open Connectors from the sidebar to view your Production and Development connections.
Select New Connector, enter the customer name and unique customer ID, then choose the relevant integration category and provider.
Generate a Magic Link for the connector and share it with the customer so they can securely complete the provider authentication flow.
Complete the customer authentication
The customer opens the magic link and provides the connection details, then authorises the connection.
Check the first sync
Once the connection is established, the connector appears under the Connectors Tab and the initial sync starts automatically.
Open the connector to monitor sync progress, review connector health, and access key details such as the Connector Token and Customer ID.
Retrieve data through the API
Open API Documentation from the Resources section to explore available endpoints and test requests.
Each request requires:
Bindbee API key to authenticate your account
Connector token to identify the customer connection
You can find the connector token from your the Connector page in the dashboard.
The response returns data in Bindbee's unified schema. Provider-specific fields are also available in raw_data when needed.
Monitor connector health
Use the connector page to review the current sync status, synchronization history, and request logs.
The Need attention section on the dashboard highlights connections that require a relink or further action.
