How do I contact Bindbee support?
Updated 3 days ago
Email us at [email protected], or post in the shared support channel your team has with us. Both reach the same Bindbee support team.
Where to reach us
Chat support: you can also start a conversation through the web chat available inside your Bindbee dashboard.
Email: [email protected]. Use it for anything, including requests that need a change on our side, such as SSO setup, a different sync schedule, or reverting a connector after a mistaken deletion.
Shared Slack channel: most customers have a dedicated channel with our team. Start a new message for each new issue so it gets its own thread.
Microsoft Teams channel: if your team works in Teams, we can set up a shared Teams channel instead.
If you don't have dashboard access yet, email support and we'll set it up for you.
What to include in your message
The more specific the first message, the faster we can find the problem. Include what applies to your case:
The connector ID for anything about a specific connection (a failed sync, missing records, a deletion).
The exact error message, or a screenshot of it.
The request you sent, for API errors. Remove your API key and connector token before you share it.
Never paste API keys, connector tokens, or your customers' passwords into a support thread. Anyone holding a valid API key and connector token can read that customer's data.
Following up on an open request
To chase a request that is already open, reply in the same thread or email chain rather than starting a new one. This keeps the full history in one place, and the person handling it sees your follow-up straight away.
If a fix depends on your customer (for example, granting a permission or providing sandbox access), we tell you what we need from them. The request stays open until that step is done.
