What do I do if my connection link has expired?

Ask your provider for a new link. Connection links expire 7 days after they're created, and an expired link can't be reopened.

Before you open the new link

Collect the credentials your system needs first, using its setup guide, so you can finish in one go. Some providers take days to issue API credentials. Paycom and Paylocity, for example, set up API access through your account representative or a request form.

If you were reconnecting

If that company sent the link so you could reconnect an existing connection, the new link updates that same connection. Your settings and history are kept.
